We needed the whole nine yards, Chris went through our entire heating and air conditioning system and recommend a new cost effective and energy efficient system at an affordable price. The crew did a fantastic installation job and even installed new thermostats of our choice. We became new Alien customers and set up a regular maintenance service with our new Alien friends. Well, came home from vacation to a HOT house!! Howard Air had the earliest appt available, so we took it! First time using them. Excellent service by Walter. He arrived early, and got right to work. Replaced a part & we had the house cooled off by the afternoon... did I mention it was a holiday weekend & 2 other companies were booked for days. I highly recommend them for a/c needs!!

Jeremy came out the night I called and was able to give me multiple options when it came to a new unit. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a brand new unit within a week of the old one going out. So glad I called Prestige Mechanical. Made shopping for a new unit so much easier and painless than I had imagined.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
