I’ve had great service from start to finish with a new HVAC system but recently my unit was checked out by a tech named Zachary. This tech was the most caring and thorough tech I’ve come across in a long time. He’s a great communicator, problem solver and a man of his word. He is an all around honest, good human being. I highly recommend Day & Night, it was difficult choosing a company to purchase my unit from. I’m sure I made the right choice.

I am maintenance supervisor for Chiro Plus Chiropractic centers and when our regular AC company went out of business, and we needed a new 4 ton split system, we found ourselves in need of someone new. I called several companies and started scheduling appointments, some for the following week. When I called Frank he said he would be right over, and he was here in thirty minutes! After he and my boss agreed on a price (which was great) Frank asked how late I could be there because I specialize in one day installation. Needless to say, I was skeptical, but Frank is a man of his word and he got right to work. He scheduled a crane, picked up the equipment, and brought out a three man crew within the hour and they got our new system installed by the end of the day, just like he said. The techs went above and beyond to make my home whole again. A couple of days later, another contractor blew a fuse to the AC. I called Phx Air and a tech came out within an hour and had us back up and running. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them for anything I need in the future.

He efficiently handled a full shift's parts-replacement project and showed me before-and-after photos in reviewing the project to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He's good.
