This company is great. They were super responsive and had a tech come out the next day. The tech, Brett, was ultra professional and went through every detail to make sure the HVAC unit was back up and running perfectly. Brett was professional, took the time to explain to me what happened, why it happened, and how he fixed it. He was clean, personable, and a very nice guy. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

Purchased a new unit in November, 2021. They came out to do an inspection last week since we were just starting to use it and want to ensure all was working well. Jonathan was on-time, professional and checked everything out.
