This Company has been the best I have ever worked with. Derek was GREAT! He was informative, detailed, friendly and did a really, really great job. He took his time, analyzed all my options, took great notes and listened to the issues with real concern. I am going to purchase a new unit from his Company just based on his performance. I also want to say the office staff was outstanding as well. I can see why this Company has such great reviews and a very long standing. They stand behind their work, they are good on their word, and they are not over priced. Derek showed up two hours after I called in for service.
