If I could give 10 stars I would.Here is my full experience:
I had my capacitor replaced the end of July by Autumn Air and then my AC went out again in the middle of September. I decided to have Autumn Air come back out since they were the last to work on my AC. Big Mistake! They said they would be at my house within an hour. Two hours later I called to find out when they were coming. The guy showed up a little over 2 hours after I placed the call. He then proceeded to test the AC and was outside for maybe 2 minutes and came in and told me that the compressor needed to be replaced and/or would need a new unit. The cost of $4K for the compressor or $8,500 for a new unit. He tried to inform me how to get financed barely even knew any information to help me. He then left and said sorry. I panicked and desperately tried to figure out how I could pay for a new compressor.
After an emotional day I then reached out to a friend that works for Howard Air and asked for a second opinion. They showed up at my house in less than 30 minutes tested the unit for about 20 minutes and then proceeded to tell me the compressor was fine, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I simply had to replaced the air capacitor, only $280. I was in tears with happiness and frustration. Autumn Air did not fully inspect the unit and only wanted to pocket some money from me and not even do their job correctly. Chase went above and beyond taking care of the unit and providing me with tips as well as to what to keep an eye out on to make sure the unit was working properly.

From the first call to when the technician left Howard Air has been WONDERFUL! Scott Bird is so knowledgeable about anything A/C related. He was great and patient with us as we decided to get a new unit for our home. John or technician was so nice and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to get our new unit in. So glad though that Howard Air has a program that will temporarily fix your not working A/C until the new one comes in. I will not have to have a hot house until the new unit arrives and is installed. Thank you Howard Air!

They saved the day for me, needed my floral cooler to be installed and working for all my floral. They worked non stop all day and night to get it up and running. Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
