Best Repair Ac in Phoenix AZ

They sent one of their technicians out to my property in Mesa. They spent about 5 minutes inspecting and immediately recommended to REPLACE the entire unit for $8k. I had two other companies come out Savage Air and Manny's HVAC. both gave me options to fix the unit, which is 7 years old and the unit is working great now! I would never use Ace Home again.

Lee Collins is the best HVAC (Air conditioning) company I know. I have been using them for years!
They replaced my AC unit awhile back and did a wonderful job for me.
From start to finish, this company was professional, took the time to explain things to me and the only way you knew they had been out to my home was there was a new AC unit on my roof,
They cleaned up from the job site and kept me in the loop on everything they did.

I called Lee Collins on Tuesday 7-26 with an issue from the rain storm and they were out that afternoon, took care of the problem and I know I will have nothing to worry about from this service call.

People do not normally take the time to say good things about a company, but I can highly recommend Lee Collins.
From the office staff to the tech that run the service calls, this is an Awesome Company!

Had reverse osmosis filters changed. Louis Yazzie was professional, friendly, and quick. Would recommend him and the company to anyone.

Spoke with Andrew in the morning, was at my home by early afternoon same day. Knew exactly what to do and even found a possible remedy to alleviate future problem.
He was very personable, quick and reasonable!

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

Omar was prompt, polite, kept us informed on what he was finding. We've had nothing but excellent service from ACA!
