Best R.o. And Water Softeners in Phoenix AZ

My entire AC unit had to be replaced but thankfully A.P.E.S. sent me Quincy as my technician. Quincy did an outstanding job! He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He completed the job well before the estimated time. I couldn't have asked for a better technician, the service I received was top notch!

I’ve obviously heard a lot about this company through the radio. When I had an electrical issue that I could not figure out, I gave them a call. They came a few days later, at the scheduled time. Instead of figuring out my issue first they went right into quoting some other things that I had mentioned I wanted a quote on, rather than to figure out my initial issue and then go in with the quotes. Now I realize that this is completely my fault but my “issue” turned out to be a GFCI outlet that was behind a freezer that I had failed to locate. But the part that’s hard for me is that the electrician STILL charged me 426 dollars even though that was the “issue”. That’s the last time I’ll be calling this company.

Needed a new home water softener and decided to call American Home Water and Air based on the seeing the amazing reviews. Tom the owner came out for an estimate and was very nice, informative and answered all my wife’s questions. Angel and Junior came out for the install, very friendly as well. We would highly recommend this company based on great quality of product and customer service.

Aaron was on time, very quick to assess the problem and fix in a very timely manner. All was in good order when completed and very clean on the job. Always appreciate this company!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Price was fair and he even followed up to see how things were working the next day. A plumber with integrity. Thanks Better Place - thanks Scott
