Terrible company. I have a home warranty, the warranty company dispatched Amigo Plumbing to my broken water heater. When he showed up, he spoke very bad English. He looked at the water heater and said it needed a valve. He said the water heater was too old and parts where not available. I knew that was incorrect because the water heater was only 3 years old. He called me and said that I needed a new water heater. Insurance would not over it. I called the home warranty company and they sent out a good company. Witch diagnosed my water heater with a different defective part. They got the part and repaired my water heater the same day. This company is very un professional. Very rude. Horrible service. Do not use these people. It doesn't matter how desperate you are. Do not use these people. They suck really bad.

This is an Update!
After 2 weeks of going back and fourth with these people. The parts finally showed up and 2 days later they sent someone out to install them. The tech they sent out was nice and professional and got everything sorted out. But let's not forget it did take them 2 weeks to get it done.

My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future.
