Tony was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found issues that can become potentially huge issues because I’m trying to get more mileage out of my 16 Year old AC unit.
He spent the time to explain everything about what he was doing in detail. So I felt more confident about the service I was receiving. He pointed out maintenance issues that no other service person has ever brought to my attention. Tony was fun to talk to while he worked and I felt like had made a friend by the time he left because for me, I like feeling like part of a family in service I receive. Having that strong connection is important for me. This was my first time w Goettle and I’m glad I followed that referral. There are so many benefits to joining their membership club it’s incredible! They are very responsive, professional, very thorough and very polite. We had Brandon install our new water heater and he was excellent! Any future issues I might have, I would definitely call Second Opinion Plumbing!
