Brandon, my Master Service Technician was Amazing! Brandon explained the inspection he was doing though the course of the tune up. When Brandon was done with the repairs, I couldn’t even tell he was in out attic through the closet! No insulation, no dirt marks, Nothing! Amazing!!! On time, very professional, good new system introduction

I called Parker & Sons after another plumber cancelled due to illness. They came the next day, verified where the leak was and ran a new line to fix the water leak in my bathroom within 5 hours. Also noted that the contractor who removed the vanity and toilet had installed the wrong angle stops, and that they were leaking, and replaced them. Was more costly than the other plumber but the work was done quickly and correctly, everything was explained to me, and everything was cleaned up.

Stephen showed up as scheduled, looked proper, used booties to walk in and asked about the issue. He then went on the roof to access the damaged equipment, removed it, told me the plan to get it serviced and advised me he’d call when it was corrected and ready for reinstall.

The technician arrived on time (within the first 15 minutes of my appointment window) and was incredibly friendly as well. He had my pipe repaired and the water turned back on way faster than I expected. The repair looks great and more importantly, works great. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing repair needs.
