He took the time to update my file on the location of the AC units, as it was incorrectly documented by the previous technician. We own a restaurant and our walk-in went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called another company and they charged us an arm and a leg to come out before telling us it would be over $10k for a new unit. We wanted a second opinion so we called icon and Rhett came out and he was the best technician ever. He tried to find us a used unit to help us save. Trust me we wanted a new unit but as a restaurant struggling through covid that wasn’t an option. When they couldn’t find us a new unit Rhett came back out and rebuilt our unit. Best company I’ve worked with in a long time.
