Dan was on time and very professional and thorough. After cleaning and maintaining my system he spoke with me about the condition of my unit and how to keep it running effectively to meet my needs. He was informative without pressuring my to purchase plans or upgrades and even gave me time to confer with my husband, most places don’t do that anymore! They don’t even deserve one star. So unprofessional. Still within the warranty-a part needed to be replaced. Here we are with no ac. They can’t make the time to come out. HORRIBLE!!!!
