I had a great experience with technician Joe Smith. I had them come out to perform a check-up on my AC. It was $75 for them to come out. Joe was on time and very helpful. There were some issues with the wiring of my unit. Joe fixed the issue in just a couple of minutes and did not charge me any extra to fix the wiring. He also did a good job of explaining how my system worked and what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
