He called prior to let me know an E.T.A. and when he arrived I explained my situation and in no time he was able to confirm what we thought our issue was and that was a bad thermostat. Dylan was very thorough and also very informative with the options I had to replace the thermostat. Dylan had excellent customer service and is definitely an asset to your company! Great experience with Parker & Sons for electrical repair today! Caleb was patient, knowledgeable and polite. Pricing was very reasonable and I got my issue resolved quickly. People on the phone were also very nice setting the appointment. Highly recommend!

Great experience using Frozen Air home services they were knowledgeable and had a great personality very informative and professional.

I highly discourage you guys from using this company as I had very bad experience with them. I called them to come out due to a plumbing issue, was told to put a credit card on file and it would be an hourly of $99 I did put the credit card on file and I called them the second day to be scheduled that didn’t happen until 4 days had passed. A technician came out and start to feed camera and then told me the he had to wait for his boss to come out since he didn’t know. After everything was done and they didn’t provided me with information I was looking for. An hour had passed come to find out I was going to be charged $400.00 for the service. The were also going to email me an estimate but the never did.
