The recent service at my residence with Scottsdale Air was excellent. The technician (Scott) took his time. He explained everything each step of the process which allowed me to feel comfortable with their service.

He made sure everything was up, running and clean at completion of service. If you could ever imagine service being responsible, reliable and responsive you will certainly find it with this company.

They have come to fix my a/c leak at the Biltmore@camelback 3 times and it’s leaking worse then ever! They keep saying they are waiting on a drip pan well soon they will be fixing an entire bathroom and possibly a ceiling!! Rusty water everywhere and I have my own 4 big pots in there trying to keep up collecting it m, changing it every hour. This has gone on over a month now fun stuff! (Sarcasm intended)

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.

Thank you Dave for a fast and quality delivery of service. Kuddos also to the company for allowing us to burrow portable heating units while waiting for parts. We recently had a baby and they were very accommodating. Highly highly recommend this company!!!!
