Therefore, I will cite just a few. I was given an ETA. He was punctual. The individual who arrived was the same kind, courteous personality I had spoken to on the phone. He was obviously a professional. He explained the issue and how it would be addressed. He took the time to inform me of the expected outcome of this service. THEN, he gave me some tips on maintenance.I felt valued as a customer and I am happy he was the person who answered my call. Not only is he an asset, he is an outstanding representative of your company. ??

A sra maybe a worker perhaps owner, alleges that one can not park the vehicle in front of this property because they cover your ad looking for where you do not want to park Station that affects your business.

Waste of money. I called last week to speak with someone but no one has bothered to return my call. So here I am. We called to schedule a maintenance appointment but before our appointment arrived we started having cooling issues. We had to pay for an after hours call since it was Saturday which was fine. The technician told us we needed a new capacity. We paid $430 total to have it replaced only for the AC to continue having the same issues in a matter of hours. The technician came back out the same day and THEN told us an array of other problems that it COULD BE. Nevermind that he stated the other parts were amping high but should be fine once they cool down with the new capacitor on his first visit. Now the news is we need a whole new unit. Ok fine, but as a professional, you couldn’t tell that on the first visit? Why charge us for a new part that never fixed the issue and basically going out in the trash when the unit is replaced? Especially considering the cost of replacement. After getting a few other quotes, we realized that there’s no way they applied “discounts” to the quote they gave us. How is it possible that your quote is $1000 more AFTER supposedly applying customer and military discounts totally $1300 for the same unit? Feeling very much so hung out to dry. Thank you for never following up with a repeat customer.

Prompt service on a Sunday morning. Fixed the problem and corrected the installation of a previous contractor. Reasonably priced and locally owned.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

The ACA Installation crew was on time, worked efficiently, answered all questions, found and fixed wires not connected at the factory, and finished early. What else could anyone ask for?
