First Choice Mechanical was assigned to me through my home warranty company. They arrived within two days of my warranty request to diagnose my AC unit. Mike the owner was professional and courteous but unfortunately he had to deliver the bad news and tell me I needed a new AC unit which wasn't covered under warranty (The previous owner's dogs urinated on the AC unit and corroded the lines). I requested a quote from Mike and also brought in a couple other technicians who all confirmed what Mike had originally told me. Mike not only beat the prices of the other technicians but he went out of his way to answer all my questions and help me select the best unit for my home. Mike was very knowledgeable and I had no doubts with selecting his company. Mike and his son completed the install of my new AC unit in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.

Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.

The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.

The temperature in our house is now more even that it ever has been. A much more comfortable home of my family. Thank you!

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

Great group of guys and excellent customer service! Quality and consistency of work was so stellar that that I decided to work for them myself after being a customer for 3 years.

Please train your drivers to be more safety conscious, this driver at crescent crown distribution in mesa Arizona on Tuesday October 20th could have parked his equipment to the right side of the building and it was completely empty in that area
and his hose would have been closer to the door making it more practical , but instead he chose to sandwich his company's equipment between the very narrow 3 docks available for pickup putting your truck at the mercy of truck drivers who are trying to dock in a very difficult area . SMH !
