Best Furnace Checked in Phoenix AZ

I’m trying to keep my mom and her own home and not send her to the nursing home like the rest of the family wants to the heating and air worked fine over the summer. The unit is 15 years old. I can’t afford a new unit but Nic was very kind and wonderful to come up and check and make sure my thermostat was correctly put on by me and he fix the wires. He was wonderful. He’s not sure what’s going on with my unit on top of my mom‘s house I don’t really think that any of us can afford a brand new unit so if there’s nothing you can do about the heat I know the air works. I’ll just have to keep her with me in the winter time I guess I don’t know but I love Nic and the service and you guys were great so I wanted to let you know that thank you

RJ, my technician, was incredible! He checked my filter inside the house and also went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING in my A/C was working correctly.

Nathan came by to look at our two AC units for annual maintenance/inspection. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He provided quotes for suggested duct cleaning. We declined at the time, but we'll likely have them cleaned by them soon. Due to his professionalism and courteousness, I would definitely use him again. Thx

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
