They all have exceeded our old-fashioned expectations. As this December’s cold snap hit us, our problem was with our heat pump. Desert Diamond Mechanical was available when we needed them the most. Again, we highly recommend them. Why? 1. Because a real person answered the phone and returned my call promptly with a scheduled time for service and 2. Joe, our HVAC technician, listened to our observations, evaluated the heat-pump from the technical perspective, diagnosed the issue and corrected it in a timely manner. Thank you all,

I want to compliment Cactus Mechanical, Inc. They were at my home today for about 6 hours to install a new A/C unit. I live in Peoria and the home I am leasing is about 2400 square feet and has 2 units. The original unit had to replaced. The 2nd unit is only 4 years old. The original unit was as old as the home....20 years old. The realty company who handles my lease contracts Cactus, and I am very glad for that. The appointment was for 6:30 this morning. I had a truck there about 15 minutes early. Travis runs the crew and I greeted him. Minutes later 4 or 5 more trucks arrived. The crew was professional and extremely courteous. The attention to detail was impressive. They took care of the home like their own. When leaving, there was no mess at all. All of the crew was friendly. In the future, if I purchase a home, I know the company who will handle my heating and cooling issues. I also met one of the owners. Mark was at my home with his team. I told him personally how satisfied I was with the entire installation process. A great start to my weekend!!!! Great job!!!!

I had an AC issue a few months ago and Matt was great to work with. I'm actually writing this review because I have to get more AC work done on another property and will reahd out to Lee Collins and requested Matt again!!

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!
