the best at customer service and courtesy. Chase and Dave are top notch
technicians; Ted in sales is all about meeting client needs; their
office staff is efficient and friendly.They are reliable,
professional, respectful of client time and property, and
they do NOT perform unnecessary repairs nor sell a client more
than the client needs.

Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He worked quickly and efficiently but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He taught me how to clean another filter I had in the house, which had been accumulating dust for several years. Very pleasant personality. I would certainly request him again.

Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small unrepairable leaks. so gave us a quote for their unit, same day and scheduled an install for 3 days later. We are so grateful Tom and Claire were able to quickly respond in such a friendly and professional manner. We will probably sign up for the maintenance program, as it is quite reasonable.
