I called Parker & Sons on a Wednesday, and they had someone at my house the next morning to do the install. The tech was on time, professional and friendly. As he found issues with anything, he came and communicated with me in detail, answering all my questions, then with permission, he completed the repairs needed. He made sure he did everything correctly and educated me on a number of other items as he told me about the toilet installs. Upon leaving he made sure to answer all questions, and advised he would put his number on my receipt, in the event I have any follow up questions or issues.
