They are very responsive and took care of the repairs, fast and accurately, I have to give them that. Their prices are high compared to other companies, the only reason I used them is because they are highly responsive. I bought a $10.00 a month plan where you can get discounts on service and parts but I was not aware that if you were to cancel at any time...you are definitely going to pay for the discounts back!! So after cancelling the program I had to pay for all the previous diacounts I had gotten. Just be aware of that! That was not clearly explained to me of course...so just be careful...nothing is free..at least not in this case.My name is Yuma Rivera.. I am sure you can find me in your data base. And when they offered the plan I had asked if there was a catch...to what the lady on the phone stated NO ..no catch whatsoever. If you really wanted to offer exceptional customer service you would make a mention of that. At least I know I would. Either way it is done and like I said..their services were fine...cost a bit too high..very responsive and on time...but definitely need to be a bit more honest about what you offer.I am just writing about my experience and I am sure others have other experiences.

Was referred to 1st Mechanical from our home warranty company to come out and fix our dryer. We have had some pretty ugly companies come out in the past thru our home warranty company but NOT this company. They are very professional and accommodating. Avoid them like Ebola! I was with them for 10 years...what a deterioration in service. I have had multiple properties with them and gave them a lot of service over the years. I just had to have another evap coil replaced for $2500 dollars in my condo for the 2nd time in 4 years. Why to we have a bi-yearly maintenance program? Aren't they supposed to monitor and check for issues like that unless they were intentionally done! I know Arizona is the landing zone for unscrupulously HVAC companies. They are kind of like car dealership service departments...they smile at you when you enter and laugh at you when you leave. When you try to rectify the problem by talking to the service manager, they are at perpetual meetings for two weeks straight! Hats off to the people who answer phones all day and protect they're boss from people like me.

In summary, Howard Air used to be a great company, but is no longer! They are expensive and unscrupulous. You can't count on them doing any of the 44 or 80 point services you pay for. You have to be concerned that they are damaging the system further so it causes you issues down the road. I've given by 4 home business to a new company...which is 1/2 the price of Howard Air! If they do less than they say, I'm still saving 1/2 my money and now will call my Home Warranty company instead of using another marginal HVAC company in AZ!

Tristin was very nice and professional. He came just to do a maintenance check with the plumbing. His info on some of the things that need to be done was very helpful. Now I can go and get them fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner.
