Eric Smith did a great job. He diagnosed the problem with my water pressure, fixed it, and showed me what was going on every step of the way. Very nice, personable, and friendly. Highly recommend Goettl and Eric.

***AVOID AT ALL COST***My A/C has been out for 2 weeks now because these guys don't know what they're doing. We're having to stay in hotels we don't really have money for, because my house won't get below 95°.They show up then leave 5 minutes later with no work done, they reschedule you days later with no option but to swelter. The time window they give is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (a simple morning or afternoon would be nice so I know when to run errands.) When they have done repairs the unit brakes again the next day.My son and I both have neurological issues. It's 115° for at least another week. If their failed service harms our health they will have legal issues to deal with on top of shotty work.

They put a brand new unit on my house in 5/2018 under the old homeowner (now 7/2020) and it wouldn't turn on. I called several times and they declined my call 4 times then on number 5 they let it ring till voice mail. I left a message, I checked in online, I tried calling 2 hours later and they declined it again but sent me a txt. After telling them the problem they said first thing in the morning 10am the following day they would come repair the part that broke. I asked a few more questions about the warranty on parts and what the labor would cost and they didnt respond. Next day I couldn't get ahold of them again and it was at 4pm that I called Parker and sons and they sent a tec right over and replaced the part. From my call to it being fixed was maybe a hour. They also took pictures and had to fix a ton of wiring problems from when cardinal air installed the unit and said the reason the start up cap went bad was because they wired it so it was getting power all the time instead of just when it needed to turn on. It was $140 service call that took less then 15mins ( other then fixing the wireing) total time at my house was less then 30 mins and cardinal air couldn't even give me a call back, txt or email me from my online check in. Poor service and crapy install on a brand new unit.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

We are a small restaurant which is so difficult to operate in the current economic climate. We have called Jay out for a couple of issues and he always responds very quickly. I have been so impressed with this young man operating his own business. I was very struck by his professionalism and knowledge. We will continue to use him for all our needs.

These guys are great at giving reasons for why your ac doesn’t work, charge you thousands to fix, and still have ac units not working. Not to mention, they will even go back out to your property, and tell you what’s the next options to solve the problem, charge you more money and guess what? The issue still not working. Lovely people. Makes summer heat so enjoyable.

Great service, great response time, very competitive.

Had a problem with our walk in wine cellar, having lots of valuable wine it was imperative to address the problem quick and properly the first time. I'm happy to say CR Custom Services went beyond all of my expectations. What makes it better is that they are a full HVAC company, so now they take care of all my cooling and heating needs, including our wine cellar. Great company.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
