Joshua was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about air conditioning and what issues were apparent with mine. He was never pushy or even threatening that my a/c unit was gonna die soon just to “make the sale”. He earned my trust and fixed the issues at hand. I believe he went above and beyond when he showed me that he flushed out the debris in and around the unit. This is why I keep coming back to Goettl. Your guys never fail to impress. So thanks Josh! We had an AC unit go out last week. I touched base with them on Thumbtack. The office was back to me in minutes. They gave me a bid and honestly I wasn’t too sure because it was significantly lower than some of the others. I asked a ton of questions. The owner was patient and offered to do the install in less than 48 hours.
They showed up perfectly on time....did a great job!!! The were professional and left the area spotless all while charging me less than any other company.
I don’t normally write these, but these guys and the owner deserve a great review.

My first experience with Premier Industries is why I will always be a supporter of there's .I first made contact with PI wanting information on there Industrial Coolers. I got a phone # off one of there Coolers I called and was blown away first off the person that answered, answered all my questions then asked me a few things. 2-days later I had Quote on 2-semi custom Stainless Steel Industrial Coolers that I asked for and along with it was every bit of information about the Unit,and on top of that was a second quote for 2 -Cooler he had designed base on the conversation we had on the phone complete with every bit of info you could ever need his design cost less to buy and was more efficient all around better fit more options with controls. When I received e-mail from Premier I was stunned the person that answered phone the person had been helping from phone call to design and still years later is the President of Premier Industries I have been in the HVAC business for 40 years started 1981 Dec. and trust me this company is first class from the top down.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.
