A few years ago I installed 2 high-efficiency HVAC systems in my home with super efficient Merv 16 filters. I purchased the high end filters because I have allergies. What I did not realize though is that they would be kind of expensive to replace and hard to get locally. I found the specific filters that I need for my systems on her Hobaica's website. Even though I am in North Carolina they shipped them to me. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. The order and tracking information was great. It was just like buying from Amazon. I was able to use a coupon code and even sign up for additional savings by signing up for auto shipping. I will now receive these two filters every six months. One less thing to worry about. I just wish they would drive 2.,000 miles to install them in my attic and crawlspace. I really lika Hobaica!

We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.

We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. Driver on I10 should probably head back to driving class. Driving like a child with something to prove... Also the trucks need mud flaps to prevent rocks from spraying onto windshields. Pretty inconsiderate to drive a six wheeler truck with the majority of the back wheels exposed and no mud flaps
