I was having problems with my A/C so I called Arcadia Air and they showed up the same day. I needed a new unit. I got 3 quotes and decided to use Arcadia Air and glad I did. They did a good job at a fair price.

The Five Star team is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them.They installed two systems + thermostats in our home and worked around any issues that came up. I swear they didnt stop once to take a break. The whole team was so courteous and professional and wrapped up everything perfectly! Really good people and we are THRILLED with our new units - super duper quiet and both work like a charm. Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

I came back from out of the country to find out that my AC was down and of course it was 110 out. I called ACA and they were at my house within 3 hours. They got it working temporarily and installed a new TRANE system the next morning. Troy came by to personally inspect the work. Great service. I will recommend ACA going forward.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
