Technician Jesse James was the best, don't let this employee ever leave! Helped educate us on our ductless mini split we had Lincoln Air install a year ago. Others techs have been nice but lacked the knowledge of the product and led me to search online in the beginning to learn myself. I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.
