There was a little confusion as to whether I would be home in the morning or not. We got that straightened out and technician Paul came in the early afternoon. He did a thorough job of checking my system out and washing my condenser coils. He has serviced my unit before and is a very courteous and efficient technician.

We realized around midday that something was not right with our AC. Called Prestige and they had a tech out within 4 hours. Unfortunately he didn't have the same part (fan motor) that our unit needed but his manager (and the owner) came out around 7:30pm with the right part in hand.

After just over an hour he had the AC up and running and even gave us a pound of refrigerant free of charge as the system was low. This will undoubtedly end up saving me money in the form of electricity costs this summer.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
