I’m a mosaic artist who needs a glass connection; Econ Glass will now be my go-to company! But, why? Because Jason who I believe is the owner was amazing. He offered advice on what I am experimenting with and he is exactly what i was looking for. I choose companies based on their customer service and this place is where it’s at. We have a rental property in Tempe that has a sliding glass door that was over 35 years old. Needless to say, it no longer slid like it used to. When Mr. Garcia gave me a quote that was 1/4 of the price of a different quote I got, I was suspicious. But he said after he was done it would slide like new. So I let him have the job. He is extremely professional and he did everything he said he would. I would definitely use him again....not just because of the price, but because he knows his stuff and performs.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!
