Best Basic Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We had Scottsdale Air do a check up on our AC unit the young man who did the service (Isaac) was professional and courteous.

I called Derek at 7pm on the first cold night of the fall when we realized that the heat was not working. Within 20 minutes he arrived and got us up and running in an hr. He was courteous and clearly explained what was going on and how to fix it. I recommend him highly. Very fair prices too!

Scottsdale Air is a first class company. Everyone that I worked with during the installation of our new AC unit was on time, respectful and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions and helped me understand exactly what I was getting and how to use the equipment. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
