They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Technician was on time. He changed eco water filters, we had it installed by them. I appreciate they put system in, and maintain it. Parker & Sons is not the cheapest company to use, but they are reliable, professional, and have been around for a long time. The guy that is over the company called me once, and was nice to speak with after I had a complaint.
