I live in North Central Phoenix and had my HVAC system serviced by AZ Perfect Comfort. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I have met the owners through The Phoenix Metro Chamber of Commerce and they are passionate about their business and keeping their clients happy and “cool”.

The young men that came to install the system were very respectful of us as seniors. We were kept informed as things were progressing. If they needed to do something, not related to work they would always ask permission. They stayed until the system was working to our satisfaction, which was well into the evening, due to complications they encountered during installation of the unit. Their names are Junior, and his helper whose name I forgot and Marcos. Gary the repair man was very nice and explained in detail what would be need and why we needed the new unit. Worked hard to get us scheduled a next day install, when you're without heat we were more than happy.

We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor. We are very satisfied with Scott and can easily recommend him to others.
