Had them come out to check my 3+ yr old water softener motor that was making a louder than usual ticking noise. Higi was fantastic! Very professional but friendly & kind. It was fine but he replaced the motor anyway to assure me, since the noise was increased over normal & was still under warranty. I’ve used them for water heaters, water softeners, RO systems & a great Trane AC system & they’ve always been top notch & stand behind their products. You won’t regret calling them.
