I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I called to have my A/C looked at when it was not running well on a Phoenix summer day. I was told that all the technicians were busy but that I would get a call back soon within 10-15 minutes. Well, 2 hours later I still did not get a call so I had to try again. This time I was forwarded on to a technician who scheduled me later in the day and came to take a look at the A/C. He was very professional and took quick care of adding more coolant to my system. The only thing that makes me take off a star was the initial problem with their call center not getting back to me, but the service itself was good.

Last night one of my AC units started blowing hot air. I called CCL Air Conditioning and they came right away.
They found the problem and the next morning they had the part and fixed it right away.
They were informative and professional.
Also their pricing is very fair.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

ACA fantastic company, responsive, communicated with details when we got a quote for a new AC/heater installation so we knew what to expect. Installation went well and today they sent out a technician, Weston just to check that everything is working and running properly. Hard enough to get a company to come by never mind check up/follow up with their install. Thanks Weston for the tips on the filter.
