Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. We've used him before and he's always done great job, very customer serviced focused. I highly, highly recommend Lee Collins AC repair.

Have been looking to replace an HVAC system, so I made a few appointments to get some bids. The first company we used definitely tried to up sell us and take our money. I read some reviews and scheduled a bid with American Home, Water, and Air. To be upfront, I went with a different company (through Costco,American Home, Water, and Air gave me a competitive price, but the perks through Costco are just too good), but if all things had been equal, I definitely would have chosen American Home, Water, and Air. The representative who came to meet with my wife and me was James, a sales manager.

The FIRST QUESTION James asked me was what can I do to earn your business? My response was that I didn't want to be upsold, and please be honest. James was true to his word and I was so impressed by him and his level of commitment to customer service that I promised to write this review.

Ultimately, I chose not to use American Home Water, and Air on this project; however, the experience that I had with James and AHWA will lead me to use their services on future projects. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer service.

Great service and awesome guys really explained to me the whole process of the installation and how to properly maintain my equipment. I would definitely be using them in the future for Air conditioning needs.
