So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed

Eddie was awesome. Called him after a couple other companies gave me quotes for condenser fan replacements that were way higher than I expected based on what I could buy parts for and swap it myself and what I searched for average repair cost. His price was within the average repair costs and his service was very good. I really didn't want to do it myself so this was great! I highly recommend!

This morning I turned on the heat for the first time this year and was dismayed to notice that the house was not heating up. I checked the thermostat and saw an error code. I called ACA who installed our Air Conditioners two years ago. I spoke to Samantha who is always so helpful. She put me on a brief hold to get in touch with the technician in our area, and confirmed that he could come out within a few hours. As promised, Jake called me when he was on his way, came to our home, presented me with his business card, then went to work and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We were very pleased with the service and would confidently recommend ACA. Thank you for your prompt service!
