My mother had her furnace cleaned on December 9th and it was a $268.50. They came once, not twice.

Checking her credit card statement, I discovered there was a charge from 4 days earlier, for once again, $268.50.

So I decided to give them a call. What a useless half an hour that was. All I got was excuses and false reasons that didn’t even make any sense. And who charges $99 for a furnace filter!

Overall I’d give this company a zero if possible and don’t let them scam you into over $500 worth of baloney. Taking advantage of elderly people this way is just wrong. Replacing a filter and cleaning a furnace does NOT cost over $500.

Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Premier did the first of my 5 evaporative coolers 7 years ago. They have are fast, efficient and very responsive whenever there is an issue. Their coolers are made from stainless steel - so no rusting out, ever. Their technical support is excellent. Prompt and always on point.

I had the entire HVAC system replaced, they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and never tried to sell me something I didnt need, very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I rented a small, portable ozone generator from this location. The entire staff (I wish I could remember their names) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable). They made sure I knew how to operate the equipment and understood the safety concerns. I highly recommend this business.
