Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

Geat friendly plumbers

Overpriced company, I was charged $2,400 to remove and replace the same air handler, I could have bought a new one for the same price.

Highly recommend! Dave and his associate were on time, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great price for HVAC checks & maintenance.

I was returning from a trip and packing for another the next day when my AC failed on a summer night. The technician arrived less than an hour after my first call. He solved the problem quickly, courteously, and was gone. He was a consummate professional, especially given the hour. Very much appreciated the peace of mind provided on short notice.

Very satisfied with the service. They did AC service for my mini split systems. Good guys, reasonable prices, I recommend.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

I have owned my AC unit for 8 years and have had to do little-to-no maintenance in that time. As of late I had noticed that my unit was running longer and longer to achieve the temperature we had set in the house.

I called Shawn out after having a bad experience with the big box companies and hoped for a good, honest review of what I needed to do to my AC. Shawn did that, and then some! He was very informative of everything he was doing to my system, and for what reason. He was also just a very likeable guy with great conversation.

My unit ended up being undercharged and required some freon. He got me all fixed up, and two days after his service, I can immediately tell the difference the moment I walk in my door from work.

I wanted to leave some feedback for him because I am extremely happy with his services and will be calling him back for my future needs. I now am proud to say that I have an AC guy I can trust! Thanks for everything Shawn.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

My AC went out on Tuesday 6/21/22. I was given a wait time of 24-48 hours and when I got a call on 6/23/22 was told someone will come 6/24/22 to check it out between 8:00AM and 4:00 PM. After inspection Sergio said they do not have a motor and also the turbo needs to be replaced stating it will need to be ordered to be replaced. I was told I would get a call the next day. I never received a call and I called several times he did not answer or call back also VM was full I was not able to leave a message. It is now Saturday 6/25 and I end up finding another person to fix my AC. He came that day and replaced the turbo and told me the motor is fine. I have yet to hear back from Sergio and am unable to reach him to let him know we no longer need the repairs, the motor was fine that was not the problem with our AC. I feel he lied to get the new part and collect from the American Home shield coverage. Sergio ended up calling and leaving me a message on 6/29/22 that the part will be in next Wednesday being 7/6/22. How do they expect someone in Arizona with triple digest and heat advisory warning to be with out AC for that long. My mother is 72 and was in a wheel chair from an injury she had and we had to get a hotel for 3 night while we waisted money on the hotel stays and time waiting on them. I was not able to report them to The Better Business Bureau since this is not a company that is Accredited or listed on Better Business Bureau.
