Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

My first quote (from somebody else) was $8,500. Then they wanted to do it for $6,000. Another place estimated $4,500 and then said they could do it for $2,300. Then I called Arizona A/C Man. They came out and fixed the problem AND cleaned my drain line for $820.00! So friendly and polite too. They get my Five Star Rating.

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

After dealing with many other companies I met Todd Angler. He guided me through the painful process and educated me on everything I needed to know before purchasing. It all seemed like a great sale and was really sold on their process until the install where they only sent one unit instead of the 2 that I purchased. Some confusion somewhere in the ordering department only sent a unit and the installer ( a sub contractor) installed it. Another miscommunication and my second unit was removed and they were going to have the unit sent over and installed later that day. End of the day and still had not heard or seen anybody come back. Called HQ and they were not even aware of the situation and didn't even have plans on sending someone over. They finally sorted out their own mess and finally called back and sent Sam at 6PM and he finally had the unit running but not done at midnight so by this point I had been dealing with their stupidity from 0600 until Midnight only to have them comeback the next day to finish. Since then I have placed multiple requests for TOD ANGLER to call back and 6 months later I am still waiting on his call back.

Valleywide plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional in the work they do. I had a problem with a leaking toilet and they came out right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.

Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very great experience. I learned alot from Casey Katee and Mark Williams. They and instructional video really explained how HVAC works and be able to fix or find the what is wrong with the systems. Mark and Casey made a challenge in class room.

These folks are the best. They replaced the original A/C system in our house but not before they did a complete assessment of the insulation and original installation. There were gaps in the attic insulation. They took care of it. There was just a single inlet for the original system that meant it made a LOT of noise. They ran a second inlet and now it's quiet as a mouse. The original duct work was too narrow. They replaced it. We now have a dual speed compressor (more efficient) AND 4(!) wireless thermostats so the bedroom can stay nice and cool at night but we can leave the other 3 zones off. Saves money! Since the installation about 5 years ago, they've taken are of annual maintenance in the most professional manner. A+ for Scottsdale Air!

My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations.
