Best Replace Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

Rodney arrived on time and assessed the problem and repaired the issue in a timely and professional manner.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Definitely the right call with Phoenix HVAC for preventative maintenance and comprehensive overview of what to replace and when. He educated me about my aged HVAC system, answered my questions and I am saving up now for when the time comes for a replacement. Recommended!

He proved everything to me that helped him to achieve the repair service. Indeed, I realized that he was quite qualifying in this kind of field. Even if there was a little problem while he was doing the process, he managed to make it fixed in the end. Good job!

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

I called Icon due to a 2006 Carrier heat pump tripping the breaker and not working. Erica from the front office called to let me know when the tech was going to be there. The tech Rhett showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained what he was checking and what he found. My condenser was bad, Rhett gave me the options and we went with a new system. Rhett went and picked up the new system. He had it installed the same day. His professionalism was amazing. This has been the best experience I have had with a HVAC company ever. Their pricing is good, and their work is top notch. I highly recommend Icon and their team. They care about their customers and it shows.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
