Required him to be creative placing new fans with existing ductwork

They have leads and formans that are not qualified for the job there just glorified baby sitters

I met Jesse 2 years ago at the Phoenix Home and Garden show and was very happy to see some fellow veterans and some veterans I knew I could count on. Jesse came out to our house and installed a new thermostat for us and serviced our a/c unit. Fast forward to this year. I am out of town for work and my bride calls me saying the heater has gone out and will not come back on, who did I call but of course Jesse and Semper Fi!Froy came out this week to give us an estimate and today 2 very nice guys installed our new unit. My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
