Track is a great company that came and check my AC unit. Ben the AC tech came and was able to explain what he was doing and answer my questions with knowledge and was very professional. I will recommend this company and use them for my AC again.

Excellent customer service is hard to find nowadays. We were always greeted with a positive employee whether it was front office, sales or during installation. Semper fi seems to have such a positive culture and it shows by the way their customers are treated. My family needed a new unit and decided to go with semper fi after having a few bids come out. The prices were comparable, sales/installation team was knowledgeable and never had an issue contacting the office.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
