Our air went out during the night we woke up stressed called for assistance. Semper Fi had a representative out in 1 hour. Casey did a diagnostic and gave us 2 choices . The must fix items and also what is about to need to be replaced as a secondary quote . We chose what we were prepared to pay . Our system is functioning as we speak we are all set for fall and winter months . This is twice we have had immediate response to an air emergency with this company where other companies told us it would be two or three days before they could be out . My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
