Best New Hvac Unit in Phoenix AZ

I recently had a horrible experience with Fernie's Heating and AC but 'ICON Mechanical' blew them out of the water. After waiting over a month in a half during the hottest time of the year for a part, ICON fixed everything within a week. WOW, not only absolutely professional but they took the time to explain the process and what was exactly wrong. The Technician Rhett was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond (Thanks Rhett)! I work for a well known Fuel Retailer in Arizona and deal with many Vendors daily. Without a doubt I'd suggest ICON Mechanical to join our Team as a Vendor. After going from one bad experience with the Owner of a horribly ran Company to one that operates with the utmost respect and precision was FANTASTIC! They were quick to diagnose and fix my a/c in a short amount of time. It's a family owned business and they definitely treat you like family.

I was so impressed by Semper Fi's sales and service teams' professionalism. And their attitude of laid backness that made me feel really comfortable. I let them know that whoever was in the military service in their company had my utmost gratitude for what they had done for this country. Any questions I had they answered and Bill Kaiser went the extra mile and took my phone calls and questions with an amazingly patient attitude, LOL. I highly recommend this company and I know that they will maintain my unit and fulfill my warranty because I've developed a trust of Semper Fi based on their behavior.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
