I’m the maintenance technician for VASA fitness in Arizona and we had a AC unit go down that is when I gave Ducks inc a call. The technician came out and checked my unit and found the the coil had a leak and that is when they tried everything to get it covered under warranty but we missed that by 7 months. They informed me because no one had this coil sitting on a shelf anywhere in the U.S. that it would be 3 weeks to have it made and shipped overseas. The unit came on time and they installed it right away (I think it was a day or two early) and $150.00 under estimate. That never happens!

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. Abel from Goettl came out to inspect the plumbing in my home. Very thorough in his inspection and advise on want needed to be fixed. Did an excellent job. Would recommend for any plumbing service.

I wish I could give these guys a review on how well they did, but I am unable to get anyone out to my house. They told me they don't service my area...Maricopa in AZ. They should name themselves PHOENIX REFRIGERATION instead of ARIZONA! My father uses them and lives in North Mesa. I guess they don't want to make a 20-30 min drive to make a few thousand dollars. I was looking to replace my units if need be! They must be rich!!!Oh well, I will gI've my business to someone else!

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
