I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Eris was easily the best service I've ever used for HVAC and A/C repairs. One company said my units were bad and needed replacing. Eris came in and showed me exactly why that wasn't the case and fixed it with a couple hours of work, some caulking, a little lift in the attic, and a recharge. It was like the whole system was brand new. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm living in Phoenix. He's the best.

I had previously called out a home warranty because my ac was blowing hot air. They wanted a ton of money just to diagnose. I called PAD and they were out the next day. They diagnosed before even charging me. Turns out it was a loose nut on my air handler that was leaking coolant. They showed me pics on their iPhone, tightened it, charged up my air, cleaned my unit and also looked at the Nest I installed just because. Quick diagnosis and honest about work and prices. They also give discounts for veterans and first responders!

Jeremy showed up on time. Used his extensive technical knowledge and tools to tune our AC and Heating systems. More extensive than other techs that have been at our home.

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

Dave and his team are a homeowners dream. After being quoted an astronomical price to replace a compressor on a TRANE unit that was warrantied(only the part) MD's was plenty fair on price and offered excellent service front to back. You'll be glad you hired this company.

This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them

My nest thermostat wasn’t charging so I was charging it manually. We asked for them to install a common wire from AC unit to thermostat so it could self charge.

They came out and said they found an “extra wire” and connected it. They said to charge my thermostat and put it back on in a few hours to see if the best holds charge.

So I plug it in and the nest pops up a diagram I’ve never seen before stating there in no power to my AC unit at all. So my AC unit was working, they came out and now it’s not working. I get a call back after asking for a recall from some guy who genuinely didn’t care. He tried to question whether this was his guys fault multiple times. Questioning the timeline. And then demanding I pay an extra 150$ just for them to come look at it today.

Look, this was clearly their fault. The unit ran fine, they came out and now it has no power. Pretty freaking simple timeline. I just want this fixed. I have 5 children under the age of 10 and it was 45 degrees in my house last night. Most of our belongings are in storage as we are set to a move in 48 hours. I need them to do the right thing. I need them to fix their mistake.
