EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Semper Fi. After having over 2 years of multiple issues and hundreds of dollars later and no long term fixes with my newly installed HVAC working directly with the company that installed it on my brand new construction build; Aaron from Semper Fi was quickly able to uncover any underlying issues of why my unit has not been working properly all this time, and then fixed it same appointment! My unit went from basically not working at all all this time to working too well. Aaron was impressively proactive and was also very courteous, personable, amd trustworthy. I never felt like I was pulling my teeth out making sure there wasn't a bandaid being slapped on again, and he even went back again to make sure the system was solid again before leaving. I've never had any great experiences before; needless to say, I won't be recommending any other heating and cooling companies to anyone over them anymore..
