A friend recommended this company and said she had used them for many years. I called at 12:30 pm and Kelly was very kind and so calm even though I was very nervous. I've heard so many awful stories about wait times, etc. Kelly had Dave at my place very quickly. Dave was very nice and professional. He had the part with him and fixed the unit and it was blowing cold at 1:50 pm. I know they probably can't do that every time, but WOW! Now that is outstanding customer service! I'll make sure my friends know who to call in the future. And I won't call anyone else!

Great company! A professional team of managers and craftsmen performed the selection of equipment and installation of the air conditioner with high quality. And at my request, they completed the installation almost the next day. Prompt, efficient, friendly communication! I recommend to everyone!

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Terrible driver, reckless Ford F-150 beware. Don't put your business on your truck if you drive like that.

Definitely the right call with Phoenix HVAC for preventative maintenance and comprehensive overview of what to replace and when. He educated me about my aged HVAC system, answered my questions and I am saving up now for when the time comes for a replacement. Recommended!

I was astounded when Jackson arrived and brought the tools he needed for the repair. I can say that you trained him to become more competent in the working field. We recently purchased our first home in August 2016. After running the AC all summer and having it work great, we were surprised when the heat didn't work - especially after our house had just passed with flying colors through two inspections prior to closing. Scottsdale Air came out to diagnose the situation. They found that the gas valve at the unit had been switched off but that was not all they included in their write up. They basically told us that the entire duct system was incorrect and needed to be replaced. They told us that the system was unsafe to operate until the repairs were made as it was a fire hazard. They wanted to send someone out to quote us for a massive repair.

Naturally, we called our realtor, home warranty company and the company that conducted both inspections. The home warranty company provided a full diagnosis of our unit and duct system and had complete opposite findings - we needed to replace filters and turn on the gas valve. Everything else was running extremely well and properly - including the duct system. The inspection company looked back at their notes and stated the exact same findings with regards to the heating and cooling unit. They ended their email to us with this:

Scottsdale Air’s writeup about problems with the heating and cooling system are false and an attempt to sell a new duct installation to the homeowner. The Scottsdale Air writeup stating: “Furnace is not safe to operate until all issues are resolved” is irresponsible.

My husband and I are appalled at the disgusting attempt to sell a new duct installation to someone who does not need a replacement whatsoever. If you are looking for a company that is going to give you honest reports and conduct their work with moral integrity... Scottsdale Air is NOT the company you want to work with.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable and most experienced AC Tech. He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up $$$. The rates are very affordable especially that my place is located in North Phoenix. Thanks as always Liz/Sundance.
