Had a new split system unit installed yesterday on a home I purchased a few months ago. Couldn't be happier w the service and quality of work. Green ID definitely went above and beyond. I had to leave my girlfriend home while they were doing the install, and at first was a little hesitant to not be around to check on the work. When I got home and looked everything over I was impressed! These guys definitely know what they are doing, and not like many other contractors I've worked with they left the place cleaner then when they got here!!! Would highly recommend.

Jay is legitimate and straight forward. He was very honest and even showed me what he was doing, during the maintenance process. Jay did a full AC inspection and cleaned the AC coils and blower motor. AC is blowing stronger and colder and we are ready for the summer. Jay is not a large company, so this is your guy. What you see is what you get, honesty!! Also since he is not a large company there is not a 2 to 3 week wait on scheduling, at least not yet. Oh yeah and pricing is amazing. Call Dynamic today!

They were professional, skilled, helpful and explained everything clearly. They were even able to complete the difficult work in a single day! SMW uses a telemarketers to offer tune ups for $29.95. I confirmed twice that it was a complete tune up and the telemarketer verified it was both times. I thought that they were offering a good deal and wanted to earn my business. I was given a 3 hour window for the technician to show up. I waited almost 4 hours until he showed up. Then he told me all he was going to do was to look at the wiring and see if anything needed to be done to the unit. By no means was he tuning anything up and I declined that service once I figured out the scam. I had to wait 4 hours for something my normal AC company would have come out and done by a set appointment. For free too. The technician said that they call it a tune up but should really define it as an inspection. He also said that if they called it an inspection they would not have the same response from people when doing the phone sales. So, they obviously know that this is misleading! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFER AND BEWARE!

I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

Cool item in the house is the Amazon Alexa voice Ecobee thermostat. Not only does it manage hot and cold spots, but you can order groceries, read the news, etc. (SUPER COOL!)

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.
