Best A C Unit �️ in Phoenix AZ

Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.

Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.

Alonso did a fantastic job! After inpecting my home he was able to educate me on what was needed to make my home ac unit work more efficiently. Where do I start…..this review is long overdue and we are so grateful to Phoenix Air Department. Never in the three years we lived in this house have we said out loud “its cold!” Now, thanks to Thaddeus and his team we do! We hired them to replace the heating/cooling system in our attic (ie tight space) needless to say it was not an easy job but they made it seem effortless. Not only did they do quality work, they were efficient and very polite. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an entire new AC system you will not be disappointed. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Thaddeus, Andrew, Thomas and Jake for upgrading us and keeping us cold for these hot Arizona summers!

AC wasn't working. Fixed that and found some minor problems with original installation and quickly and easily fixed that also. Now our entire AC system clearly works better. The technician, Rick, is the best.

Word of mouth offers the BEST quality and value. I was referred to Prestige by a Little League Baseball friend. (The owner live across the valley and is a complete stranger to our LL) I would recommend Prestige to ANYBODY if they needed a fast, value focused, and professional service. The only drawback I can think of... is that it is Phoenix, and in August when our system went out, he didn't have enough techs to schedule the (complete) system install for a couple of days. So, he (owner/operator) took on more jobs himself in the days preceding to schedule us properly and was on-site to rescue us from 110* weather.

Most of my experience when buying a new AC unit was fine with this company, until I sold my house. The buyer asked about the extended warranty being transferable. When I called these guys to find out, I discovered that only a portion was transferable, which I was never told. I couldn't find anywhere in my paperwork that described this. So they essentially got free money from me that no one will ever get to use. I didn't have time to fight them, so I let it go, but if you're going to go with this company make sure you ask questions and get everything in writing.

Qualified enough! I was not getting troubled when the technician arrived for he looked so professional and expert. He came to my rescue and displayed exceptional abilities. It was a superb air and heating repair done by him. He even checked it twice to see if it's working well. I was delighted with the quality of the repair he made. It was an exceptional job. We will be calling you again if we need your services in the future.

Many company came to my home and try to fix my AC. I had a horrible experience with them . Until I find Mr. Shawn's ads on Craigslist. He did the job less than a half coast then the lowest offer I had before . He is know what's he doing. Truly old fashioned professional. The work done SPOTLESS. Highly recommend it to anyone . This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
