The service man was the same gentleman who worked with us last time. He did a great job once again. I also had him take a quick look at our AC unit because we noticed it was running a lot at the end of the summer. He looked at AC and fixed the problem.thanku you great service!

I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

The guys at Phoenix Air Department are the best. I’ve had them service both my home and business on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, service technicians are polite and super friendly. Install and repairs have always been completed when promised, correctly, and have never been billed more than agreed to. I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs.

Anton was out right when he said he would be. He was quick and efficient. And explained what was going on and what he did to fix it.

Nobody showed up. When I called, they had no clue about my appointment! I had used them before and was happy but obviously the company has gone way down hill since then. Unorganized and lazy.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

T&K electric is the best in the Valley hands down! I have worked with many electricians in the past, and no one comes close to the quality of work, knowledge or the level of service they provide. Tommy is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met. He does exactly what he says he is going to do, and is always honest and straight forward. We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Many company came to my home and try to fix my AC. I had a horrible experience with them . Until I find Mr. Shawn's ads on Craigslist. He did the job less than a half coast then the lowest offer I had before . He is know what's he doing. Truly old fashioned professional. The work done SPOTLESS. Highly recommend it to anyone . Nobody ever will touch my air conditioners but Mr. Shawn. Thank you again....
